My First Golden Ticket

There is a surreal feeling surrounding the moment when you realized you have achieved something you have been working towards long time. It almost feels like a broom has been swept across the creeking wooden floors of my mind, giving it a new glow. Though Soulless Light is a novella, it's the first step in the salsa dance that I have been trying to learn. I am without a doubt jumping for joy right now at having made that first step...finally.
Inside, I'm a little torn with a single thought that has been buzzing around my head like a fly needing swat. What's next? Where do I go from here? Because I don't really have an answer, I decided to fall back on the single thing I love to do...write. I'm working on The rewrite to The Burning Times and omg I'm loving it! It feels like I'm visiting a group of old friends and listening to them while they catch me up on all I have missed while I was away. What more joy can there be then that? I may be left with the feeling of what's next, but dam I sure am enjoying the ride.

World Castle Publishing Has Picked Up Soulless Light

Soulless Light is going to be available in an e-book through World Castle Publishing. Karen Fuller, part owner and writer extraordinaire decided to take on my novella. Immediately I was welcomed into a group of writers who are talented and work together to make everyone a success.
Charlotte Blackwell, author of Immortal Embrace, took me right under her wing and began helping along the way to promote my novella. This group of talented writers not only love writing but live by a work together as a team motto. It's already been a fun experience working with them and I'm looking forward to more in the future.
I'll keep everyone posted on when it's going to be available and how to order it. Thank you all so much for all the support you have given me on the journey!!
Soulless Light is a story about a girl named Julia who lived in the 1300's during a time when the plague rotted everything in site. A small village called The Isle of Ely, located in the middle of a giant lake, was left untouched. The Templar knights, allegedly doing God's work, destroyed her village and everyone she loved; including the love of her life, Joseph. Julia is offered a chance to get revenge on the knights who took away everything-including her life. In the end, the choice for revenge may cost her more than she bargained. What price would you pay to get even?
